Work in progress

I just began this article in the past 2 hours. I plan on doing a lot of expansion, but I have to get some errands done and will likely not be back at it today. I would be happy for any collaboration from the Wiki community. This tragedy has been reported in numerous, worldwide news organizations since it occurred - and continues to be today.

There is a lot of information out there on Brian Steven Smith. I have not had time to compile it, or prioritize it into what is poignant to this article. If someone beats me to the punch, GREAT! :) Thanks for any help!!Juneau Mike (talk) 20:30, 16 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Serial killer
