Flag

No, that's impractical. We just need to establish WP:CONSENSUS based on reliable sources which to use. I've had a look around for sources. Britannica displays the one with the emblem and describes it as the flag in the text.[1] In the caption it also says the emblem is added when displayed by the government. The CIA Factbook as I referred to above also has the version with the emblem. We need to stop this slow edit war. If consensus can't be established i this thread, I'll launch an WP:RFC. -The Wiphala is the dual national flag of Bolivia. It should be prominently displayed on the wikipedia page. In my opinion, the tricolour flag should keep the coat of arms, and the wiphala should replace the coat of arms next to it on the wiki page. Or, alternatively, the tricolour flag should not have the coat of arms, the coat of arms can stay, and the wiphala should go underneath. This should be done ASAP.
