Early life and education

She has been a sideline reporter for Atlanta Hawks games on FOX Sports South.[1] With her father Kevin Harlan as play-by-play announcer and Olivia as sideline reporter, the Harlans became the first father-daughter duo to call an NFL game together.[2] She joined ESPN in 2015.[1] She covered World TeamTennis for CBS Sports in 2019.[3] In 2020, she covered football games for the Big Ten Network. In 2021, she joined BetMGM as host.[4] Harlan also works as a Sideline Reporter for the NFL Playoffs on Westwood One.
