Title should be Jem Belcher

Removed reference to Belcher vs Jones being for the middleweight championship

I removed a reference to Belcher vs Paddington Jones 1799 having been for the middleweight championship of England. Weight-based classification and titles did not exist at the time that these two fighters were boxing. For further details see the discussion on the Wikipedia page for Paddington Jones.
