The term "nigger" has been used for this butterfly species in Victorian times and carried over in butterfly books. The fact that it is politically incorrect has been noted and new books from Australia use the new name. But replacing the term with "African American" in this context is incorrect. Politically incorrect

[edit]

The term "nigger" has been used for this butterfly species in Victorian times and carried over in butterfly books. The fact that it is politically incorrect has been noted and new books from Australia use the new name. But replacing the term with "African American" in this context is incorrect.
