Sounds like you know what you're talking about and I didn't, so it should be reverted or fixed. HTML tags are commonly placed in articles on accident, which is why they are highlighted by WPCleaner. I knew that Innovis is a credit reporting agency, so a new user making edits like those looks like perhaps someone who is trying to remove mention of it. Please feel free to make any constructive edits to articles, but remember to say why you made the edits. Also, you marked the edits as [[Help:Minor_edit|Minor edits]]. Minor edits are for things like spelling, whitespace edits, grammar, etc. Removing content should never be marked as a minor edit, unless those edits were vandalism. There are certain articles that I monitor (as all users do and can, just click the star at the top of the article), and when I saw a minor edit that removed content with no edit summary, I reviewed the edit, then reverted it as it didn't seem constructive.
