The X Factor

[edit]

Hello, I see you've been changing the name of articles from The X Factor (U.S.) to The X Factor USA. Personally I don't care all that much but I see that there's an ongoing discussion about it here. Please engage the editors there in discussion and reach a consensus view about the best name for the article. Thanks. SQGibbon (talk) 07:37, 16 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there I have undone all of ur moves to The X Factor U.S. related pages because there is a discussion about it on the talk page [[1]]. You should discuss it there before making changes. Thanks. --MSalmon (talk) 18:19, 16 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, i reverted your edit to the article Whitney Houston since the statement you removed was supported by multiple sources. please include proof if you intend to edit the statement again. regards, tetraedycal 00:46, 23 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

For note of it here on your talk page, tetraedycal is referring to this edit you made. And I stated similarly here, with regard to your latest edit to the article. See WP:Verifiability, which begins by stating: "In Wikipedia, verifiability means that people reading and editing the encyclopedia can check that the information comes from a reliable source. Wikipedia does not publish original research. Its content is determined by previously published information rather than the beliefs or experiences of its editors. Even if you're sure something is true, it must be verifiable before you can add it. When reliable sources disagree, present what the various sources say, give each side its due weight, and maintain a neutral point of view." Flyer22 (talk) 00:14, 9 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:23, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
