Breon Stacey Peace (born 1971)[1] is an American lawyer who has served as the United States attorney for the Eastern District of New York since October 2021.

He was an acting assistant professor of clinical law at New York University School of Law from 2002 to 2003. He previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York from 2000 to 2002.[2]
