[edit]Development of the series was first announced on May 1, 2019.[12] On June 26, 2019, it was reported that Paramount Network had given a 10-episode straight-to-series order to Coyote.[13][14][15] On November 19, 2020, it was announced that the series will debut on CBS All Access rather than Paramount Network.[9][16]
