Well, now I understand why you've treated me so poorly. But is that really how you want to play it at ArbCom? That I waited 8 years before even touching any of that sock farm's articles (you did notice that before you posted, right?), and then when I did start editing them I ''removed'' all the poorly-sourced material that the sock farm had added, and somehow that makes me a banned user? And that I waited 17 years to do the same to [[Celtic reconstructionism]], which I only became aware of during the move discussion (which I chose not to respond to), and which wasn't even on my radar for COI until it got brought up by other editors? Perhaps you should look closer at my edits to those articles. Sure, I was aware of the sock farm; it's part of my process to read the talk pages. But given that my behavior with respect to those articles is the opposite of said farm? That's gonna be a hard sell, I think. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
