The new club house is under construction which is expected to complete by mid 2010. A pleasant and [[salubrious]] Coimbatore weather gives the opportunity to play golf all round the year. There is more to the weather, as the golf course is situated between the Palghat gap of the western ghats it has a nice and pleasant breeze throughout the year which also makes the weather very comfortable to play. It also demands accuracy due to the wind factor.

The course is encompassed by hundreds of exotic [[tropical]] trees giving the golfer a challenge as well as the pleasure to be on the course. The course is also rich of more than 50 species of [[bird]]s and a host to large number [[peacock]]s. The Club has adopted innovative techniques in [[waste recycling]] water and using [[recycled water]] to help contribute to the Environment. The comparison of the surrounding areas gives an idea to the levels to which the trees and the greenery help the eco structure of the area.
