On 6 August 2021, Crichlow joined EFL League Two side Swindon Town on a season-long loan[7] He was recalled by Huddersfield on 13 January 2022.

On 12 May 2024 the club announced he had been placed on the transfer list.[11]

On 3 October 2024, he signed on loan for National League club Dagenham & Redbridge until January 2025.[12]
