Shouldn't normally the title of this article be translated into English for the English-speaking wikipedia? ''Istoriya Slavyanobolgarskaya'' seems to be the [[transliteration]] of the original Cyrillic into Latin letters, but it might be a bit hard for English speakers to read and understand. It seems that in English-language sources, the title is variously translated as: '''Slav-Bulgarian History''', '''Slavonic-Bulgarian History''', or '''History of the Bulgarian Slavs''' or '''Slavic Bulgarians'''. Full text in Bulgarian
[edit]The link to slovo.bg did not actually point to a full version of the text in Bulgarian. For this reason I changed the description. If someone finds the full text please put a link. 193.190.253.147 (talk) 14:43, 20 March 2011 (UTC)
- I added a link to the full original text and substituted the link to the modern Bulgarian version with a better one (pointing to a fuller version of the text). However, full text in modern Bulgarian is still misssing. 193.190.253.147 (talk) 21:38, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
First printed when?
[edit]Since a manuscript with maybe a dozen handwritten copies at most wasn't likely to have that much of an influence - it would be interesting to know when this book was first printed. Also info on how the Ottoman authorities reacted to it would be nice. -- 85.179.162.155 (talk) 04:45, 28 June 2010 (UTC)
Title of the article
[edit]Shouldn't normally the title of this article be translated into English for the English-speaking wikipedia? Istoriya Slavyanobolgarskaya seems to be the transliteration of the original Cyrillic into Latin letters, but it might be a bit hard for English speakers to read and understand. It seems that in English-language sources, the title is variously translated as: Slav-Bulgarian History, Slavonic-Bulgarian History, or History of the Bulgarian Slavs or Slavic Bulgarians.
