:* If the work (both the music itself and the recoding) is [[Commons:Commons:Licensing|freely licensed]] or if its copyright has expired, it should [[Commons:Special:UploadWizard|uploaded to Wikimedia Commons]].
:* If it falls under the [[WP:FAIRUSE|non-free content policy]], it can be [[WP:FUW|uploaded to Wikipedia]] – though you might want to ask on the [[Wikipedia:Media copyright questions|media copyright questions noticeboard]] first.
:* If it does not fall under the non-free content policy, it should not be used, since using it may be a copyright violation.

The reference I noted stated the building was "well-designed and expensively-executed institutional building" - I withdrew this from Walker & Dixon 1984 and rephrased it a little. If you think it should be deleted I will not be offended! As to lodging the photograph - Oh I could not do that!
