Wikipedia is not the news. Why is a separate article necessary, as opposed to placing this in 2011 Tucson shooting? –MuZemike 22:48, 8 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This information might be eligible for addition to the existing article, but that is a merger proposal. This is not a "duplication of an existing English Wikipedia topic" but rather an expansion of another topic. A10 is inapplicable. —Ute in DC (talk) 23:00, 8 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
