Edward T. O'Connor Jr. (born October 6, 1942) is an American Democratic Party politician, who served in the New Jersey Senate from 1982 to 2002, where he represented the 31st Legislative District.
Education
[edit]Born on October 6, 1941, in Jersey City, New Jersey, O'Connor attended St. Peter's Preparatory School.[1] He earned an A.B. in Modern Languages from Saint Peter's University, followed by a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. He then earned an L.L.M. from New York University School of Law with a specialization in Labor Law. He served in the United States Army from 1968 to 1970, attaining the rank of captain.[2]
