The Battle of Malalag River was a battle fought led by General Gregorio Del Pilar with 80,000 Katipuneros and 50,000 Aguinaldo's Navy, The Filipinos (Katipuneros) was defeated by 23rd Infantry and Armed Forces of America, General Gregorio Del Pilar and the Katipuneros was disappointed because majority of Katipuneros died but they died for their own country and they died to protect the Philippines and the Filipinos.
