Athletics career
[edit]Hoskin competed in the women's long jump events during her career. She represented Great Britain at the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne, Australia. She represented England and won a gold medal in the long jump at the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Cardiff, Wales.[1][2]
At one point Hoskin held the British record for the long jump.[3]
She was born in Hammersmith.
