The university began as the Corporation School of Veterinary Medicine in 1978, then became the University of Agricultural Sciences Corporation CUDCA in 1983. Since 1985 the university has expanded, and the number of programs rose. In 1989 classes began on the campus. On 1992, agricultural engineering program was funded. On 1993, the Sport Sciences was funded. On 1994 the Marketing Sciences program's changed its name to Commercial Engineering. In 1995, the university changed its name to University of Applied and Environmental Sciences Corporation UDCA. In 1995, the university again changed its name to "The University of Applied and Environmental Sciences Corporation", (UDCA).
