The film begins with ASP Dinesh Jugran suspecting a ferocious itinerant Suraj and arrests him. In the custody, he maintains absolute silence, despite facing severe torture. Ultimately, he succeeds in breaking the bars when he gets a shot, and worn-out Suraj is rescued by Dr. Sunita. Dinesh accepts it as a challenge to apprehend the convict. Meanwhile, Sunita learns about Suraj when he spins back. He is a resident of the nearby village where his father Yashpal a pleasant strived hard for his civilization and he returns as a meritorious student. In tandem, Suraj loves Jyothi daughter of Bansi Lal a tyrant of the village. Being cognizant of it, Bansi Lal begrudges, and auctions Yashpal’s property of Suraj for his outstanding loan which leads to his death and also slave drivers Suraj. Moreover, Raghu an associate of Bansi Lal traps Suraj‘s widowed sister Seeta in the name of marriage. Later, plans to scapegoat her to a forest officer Sudarshan Lal for their gain. Then, Seeta revolts when the 3 malevolent brutally kill her and incriminates Suraj. Listening to it, Sunita too joins him as she holds the previous rivalry with them. Besides, Dinesh tracks Suraj, until, he flees. At that point, Bansi Lal intrigues by slaying Sunita which again charged Suraj. Now, the court penalizes the death sentence to Suraj as guilty. On the way to prison, he escapes and lands in a forest. Immediately, Dinesh starts his hunt, side-by-side, Jyothi reaches therein to persuade Suraj to surrender but fails.
