-I've put the name change as a foot-note, it doesn't belong in the controversy section.  I put the section on "Elaine" before the section where she is mentioned.  I've changed the refernces to the subject of the article to "Brown" as the patient "Elaine" is also "Bailey" so it gets confusing.  It's not clear if the patient "Elaine" is the same as the room-mate an possible ex-Satanist Elaine.
