I have added a "prod" template to the article CSETI, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at its talk page. Removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, but the article may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. ==<s> SEAS article</s> == |

Hi there! Thanks for your message on my talk page. The article is looking better, but I'm still not sure that it's safe from deletion. We need to have references from external media sources about SEAS itself, rather than Steven Greer as a person. I think you'll also need to cut down, if not remove altogether, the articles from the SEAS site itself; some of them could (perhaps) go into Free energy suppression or Zero-point energy in popular culture, and any of the radio interviews that aren't there already could go into the Steven Greer article itself, but the main issue is going to be establishing the notability of the organization rather than its founder. Hi - it has come to our notice that you have recently created two new stub types. As it clearly states at WP:STUB, at the top of most stub categories, on the template page for new Wikiprojects and in many other places on Wikipedia, new stub types should be proposed prior to creation at Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting/Proposals, in order to check whether the new stub type is already covered by existing stub types, whether it is named according to stub naming guidelines, whether it reaches the standard threshold for creation of a new stub type, whether it crosses existing stub type hierarchies, and whether better use could be made of a WikiProject-specific talk page template. |

In the case of your new stub types, it is very unlikely they will reach the standard threshold for creation of a new stub type. Your new stub types are currently listed at WP:WSS/D - please feel free to make any comments there as to any reason why this stub type should not be proposed for deletion at WP:SFD. I just noticed that you have your gmail address in machine-readable form on your user page. You may want to consider scrambling it so that spambots cannot get your e-mail address. To do so, you could replace the @ and . with at and dot, or basically whatever else you wanted to do that would let the reader (but not the machine) know your e-mail address. --Iamunknown 17:58, 13 February 2007 (UTC) |

Technically, you shouldn't remove the speedy delete tag from your own article, however, I am not going to moan about that. What I am going to moan about is this- why do you save pages when they have no content, and are obviously stupidly incomplete? Why not make yourself a sandbox, so that you can work on articles and them submit them only when they are ready? J Milburn 17:54, 14 February 2007 (UTC) |

Nima, one more thing regarding this AfD. (And please read my response to you over at my talk page as well.) To ratchet the debate down a notch at the AfD, I asked Ideogram to step away from it, and it's only fair that I ask you to do the same. Trust in the Wikipedia process, which usually does the right thing, and give that AfD a rest. You've made your argument, now let other editors come in and discuss it. Dropping notes on a dozen or more talk pages is generally frowned upon, too. Think about what I said on my talk page before, and just let it go for now. ==<s>O'Hare UFO Wikipedia News Article</s>== |
||
The Wikipedia article about the UFO sighting at O'Hare omitted the meta-stable hole left in the low overcast by the anomalous aerial object. This does not fall within the meteorological category of hole punch clouds. Descending ice crystals did not cause it. Objects flying through clouds normally cannot form meta-stable holes. The O'Hare sighting may evince one of the forms of force field propulsion theorized Giovanni Modanese and Chris Taylor or by Giorgio Fontana and Robert Baker. Tcisco 23:02, 28 February 2007 (UTC) |

:The thought had never occurred to me. I had assumed Art Bell and Dr. Steven Greer had seen the articles. I did send a couple of notes, with citations to Modanese's and Fontana's papers, to the Illinois chapter of MUFON. Its director is an active member of the Disclosure Project. Last week, I realized an application of Dröscher's extension of Heim's propulsion theory could also cause the same phenomena and along with dragging cloud segments. Prod notice for CSETI
N Shar 01:03, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you! You have no idea how unusual it is for someone to respond to a prod by improving the article. --N Shar 05:14, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
SEAS article
Tevildo 03:54, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- It might be worth adding some comments after the links to the radio broadcasts pointing out that they cover SEAS, I think. Leave them in if they _all_ cover it. Tevildo 05:06, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- I'm afraid that the AfD tag can only be removed by an admin when the AfD is closed. Tevildo 16:11, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
Another editor has expressed concern that the article Steven M. Greer is not written with a neutral point of view. Could you please review the article and make any improvements that seem appropriate? --Eastmain 05:36, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
Ufologist-stub and Ufo-org-stub
And please, in future, propose new stub types first! Grutness...wha? 07:36, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

Image tagging for Image:Paul Hellyer.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Paul Hellyer.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Jamie Maussan.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Jamie Maussan.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. A note regarding your e-mail address
--Iamunknown 17:58, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
- Oh your right! Ah, ill see, not sure, thanks for letting me know! (:O) -nima baghaei 18:34, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
J Milburn 17:54, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
- You can make your own personal sandbox as a sub page of your userpage. For example, you could have one at User:Nima Baghaei/sandbox. I use my own whenever I am writing a new article, or making major changes to an existing one, and would certainly reccomend that all editors should use them! J Milburn 18:15, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
- You have got me interested in this article now! I have found a great source for you- this report sources the incident you have already mentioned, and details many others. It very much counts as a reliable source, would be worth getting a lot of the info there into the article. J Milburn 18:21, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

Re-Help
I'll take a look at the article for you and put in my input, it seems that there is also some violation of WP:BITE going on during the AfD as well, it can be handled better than it is. Darthgriz98 03:54, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
- Something you can do is expand the article instead of saying things like it is stated on the homepage here. That will help greatly in the articles image. It's not just sources it's content. Darthgriz98 03:56, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
- Another thing I just noticed, try to describe the cases instead of linking to them. Also explain the objective in an encyclopedic way, it will help the articles image. Darthgriz98 03:57, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
Hi, Nima. I replied to your request on my talk page, and I've also left a note for Ideogram. A Train take the 04:12, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
- Hey, Nima. You also asked me to help. I did a through overview of the article and the sources which I summarized on the Afd page. If you have anything else you wish to ask or say to me feel free to visit my talk page, I'm afraid if you respond solely on the afd site, i may never see it. Sorry, but I'd love to help you out again in the future...you know where to find me. Ganfon 04:16, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
- Also, I left a note for Ideogram to tone it down a bit. Although I have to agree with him, he is acting a bit over the top.Ganfon 04:19, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
- It seems that another problem you have with the article is that all the sources are in Chinese. To establish notability on the English Wikipedia, the sources need to be in English, perhaps this article is better suited on the Chinese Wikipedia. I still don't think it should be deleted, but it does need something done with those sources. Darthgriz98 04:17, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
Thanks, A Train take the 04:21, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
- Just came here to - pretty much repeat what A Train has said. I will look over the debate, but I strongly advice you stop canvassing for support - people have been blocked for such things in the past. You should both step away from the AfD for a while, and let the debate take its own course. – riana_dzasta 06:27, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
Regarding your message on my talk page
I echo the words of A Train on canvassing, although your efforts are in good faith. Also, archiving threads that are currently active is frowned upon. Cheers, PTO 05:16, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
Re:AfD
Yes, I don't totally agree with that user's actions, but other users weren't totally in-line either. Anyway, I voted my opinion on the AfD. BUDSMR 01:13, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
License tagging for Image:1592248861.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:1592248861.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

O'Hare UFO Wikipedia News Article
The Wikipedia article about the UFO sighting at O'Hare omitted the meta-stable hole left in the low overcast by the anomalous aerial object. This does not fall within the meteorological category of hole punch clouds. Descending ice crystals did not cause it. Objects flying through clouds normally cannot form meta-stable holes. The O'Hare sighting may evince one of the forms of force field propulsion theorized Giovanni Modanese and Chris Taylor or by Giorgio Fontana and Robert Baker. Tcisco 23:02, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
- The thought had never occurred to me. I believe a closer examination of anomalous aerial phenomena (AAP) can yield proofs of concepts that could justify funding for continued breakthrough propulsion physics research. If astute bird watching got us airborne, then dilligent analyses of AAP reports may get us superluminal propulsion. Tcisco 16:06, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
- I forgot to mention that Sturrock's Pontico group had concluded there were no reports that could evince gravity-like field propulsion. Meta-stable cloud holes and cloud-dragging might be the unique link to gravity control propulsion. Also, a fourth candidate for force field propulsion was briefly disclosed over thwenty years ago in an article about Kaplan's group. You should see the reference I cited in Anti-gravity that seems to have been written by an electronics editor (LaFond, 1960). Kaplan's group was reported to have made an experimental achievement. One of the four could be viable. Tcisco 16:35, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you for the note on faster than light travel. The Wikipedia article did not include extended Heim Theory - eight dimensional enhancement by Walter Dröscher and Jochem Häuser of Burkhard Heim's six dimensional work. Several current theories rely on exotic matter. Heim's doesn't. If extended Heim Theory is corrrect, superluminal travel could be attained by jumping to a hyperspace where the speed of light is much larger (see their conference paper AIAA 2002-4094). The former director of Lockheed Martin Skunk works, Dr. Ben Rich, stated at a conference that we now have the technology to "take ET home." During the subsequent question/answer period, he indicated the superluminal capabilities had been attained after a set of equations had been corrected. The equations he spoke of may have been by Heim. Back in November 1955, a vice president of Glen Martin Aircraft (which later merged with Lockheed) had announced the completion of contractual arrangements with Heim to assist them with gravity control propulsion research. Tcisco 06:46, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you for the suggestion. I will consider a Wikibook. Tcisco 19:12, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

I guess "Bivariate-correlator", who posted this source to the article on 22.April 2006, does hold a copy of that book. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 84.133.54.222 (talk) 18:44, 6 March 2007 (UTC).

Response and Follow-up
Thank you for the link to Hamel's site. If the information is sound, he will be able to construct and fly a working application of the theory. If it isn't, he shall become another statistic.
With respect to the Wikibook endeavor, I will have to "shelve it" until I have completed the book I started a few years ago. My contributions to the Anti-gravity, Burkhard Heim, and Transient Lunar Phenomenon Wikipedia articles were formed from documents cited in my book. I have tried to make the book a little easier to read than those technical Wikipedia articles. Tcisco 03:56, 8 March 2007 (UTC)

Image:Paul Hellyer.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Paul Hellyer.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add
Replaceable fair use disputed
, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Abu badali (talk) 17:46, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
LUE.F.O was a hoax, looking through Google results can show that. The citation needed is pointless, it'll never get a citation because there are none supporting its validity. It's called LUE.F.O because the message board that planned the hoax is called LUE. So yeah, I request you delete it. -WikiXan 22:44, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

Glad you like it.
That's what happens when I get bored. I get an overdose of UFO-related articles! I took a small break now, but soon I'll be back adding new info. Victao lopes 01:15, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

Hi. You may want to consider putting WP:TT warnings on user talk pages before bringing them to WP:ANI. WP:AIV is a good place to go after level 4 warnings. 151.202.74.135 23:06, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
Thanks!
Hi, Nima. Thanks for all the work you've done on the Maharishi-related articles. You must have spent hours. You've improved them a lot. TimidGuy 17:05, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the tip.
Now, I've got a small problem...I've tried to create the article about Esteban Peñate (which you listed at UFO sightings in Spain) twice, but it's been deleted. It has nothing different from the other articles I've created. I'm gonna try it again for the third time now. Would you take a look at it to see what could be making editors delete it, before they do it? Victao lopes 18:53, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
Warnings
Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia articles, such as those you made to Final Fantasy VII, even if your ultimate intention is to revert them. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Level 2 was used because level 1 did not apply, even though you did this in good faith. --Ashfire908 16:47, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
Sorry, I have a habit of using the wrong words. I only meant to suggest that if you want to see how something looks, use the sandbox to test it instead of the article. I did not imply any wrong doing on your part. Sorry about this. --Ashfire908 16:53, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
I've speedily deleted this article - it does not assert notability (it actually asserts non-notability by calling it a common phenomenon), making it a candidate for speedy deletion under A7. --Coredesat 00:53, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
- I userfied it here. Feel free to let Victao lopes know so you two can work on it. --Coredesat 03:10, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
The article looks somewhat different from before, but still does not assert notability, and it still only has one source. You need multiple non-trivial and independent sources attesting to notability. Check out WP:BIO. --Coredesat 11:09, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
Your GA nomination of Ghost rockets
The article Ghost rockets you nominated as a good article has failed , see Talk:Ghost rockets for reasons why the nomination failed. If or when these points have been taken care of, you may apply for a new nomination of said article. If you oppose this decision, you may ask for a review. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Vassyana (talk • contribs) 05:35, 22 March 2007 (UTC).

Yes, I have been keeping up to date on the article - and it still contains various unreferenced claims. Sfacets 14:37, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
Esteban Peñate
I couldn't find any. If it seems impossible to create this article, let's give up, then...but I was wondering why hadn't they done anything like this before, as most of my articles feature only one source (except for the ones edited by you). Anyway, I'll try to find one, but I'm not sure if it actually exists. Victao lopes 23:52, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
- OK, and sorry for the double posting.Victao lopes 23:57, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
I believe the best place for that is the Wikipedia:Fair use review (which is also noted on the review tag). Follow the instructions on the page and have either you or the other user file it on that page. Hope this helps.¤~Persian Poet Gal (talk) 00:00, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
2004 Mexico Incident
Nima, on March 06, 2007 you reported a Jacques Vallée quotation from the Allan Hynek page as beeing a wrong one to the administrators. Result was: the quotation was correct ! Same will happen with this Mexico Incident: it has been clearly debunked, just Oil well lights, nothing more. 84.133.53.179 00:05, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
- THere was no citation given that the quotation was true, i was not debunked, all that happened is we got a citation that showed it was true, i did not disagree with it, I just could not agree with it b/c there was no citation... as for the ufo listings, there is no need to show your debunk b/c it is already listed in the article (:O), the ufo sighting article just states the sighting, not whether or not it was bebunked (:O) -Nima Baghaei (talk) 02:25, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
- In this case the sighting article states a "wrong sighting" as it just was a nice story made up by Jaime Maussan. As a consequence that "sighting" has to be deleted or at least shown as debunked.84.133.35.26 03:48, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
- Once again you talk as if your positive it did not occur, this is your opinion based on the research of others, you will NOT delete this data b/c you feel it is wrong, you may try to share sources informing the audience why you feel it is faked (:O) -Nima Baghaei (talk) 04:20, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
