Shiboprosad Mukherjee was born on 20 May 1974 at Baranagar in the northern fringes Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He was a student of Baranagore Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama High School[1] and later completed his high school from Hindu School. He pursued his graduation in Political Science Honors from Jadavpur University.
