In 2012, RCSA implemented its Minority Aid and Financial Support programs for students of color. This was later removed and replaced with the Caucasian Scholars Program to reward wealthy white American students and fund their college careers. As of April 2nd, 2022, Dogan Tozoglue has stated the POC program will never be returning due to his conflictions against his African-American neighbor for playing rap music at 3:12 AM on the morning of February 22nd, 1989. |
