We could find an older version of this article via a web archive when it might be about duloxetine, but this source will unlikely meet the criteria of [[WP:MEDRS]], so it is better to find a source that is definitely [[WP:MEDRS]]. I feel that just deleting a reference because it was not in English is not justified.
