OverIT is a technology firm providing Field Service Management solutions focused on service optimization, mobile workforce management and GIS.

History

OverIT was founded in 1999, as a spin-off of Bofrost. It is headquartered in Fiume Veneto, Pordenone, Italy with offices in North America, and serves in more than 30 countries.[1]

In 2004 OverIT was acquired by Engineering Group, an IT consulting company.[1][2]

In 2021 OverIT finalized its spin-off from the Engineering Group and established as an independent company under the control of Bain Capital and NB Renaissance private equity funds.[3][4]

In 2022 and 2023, it partnered with Siemens, SAP, and IBM, and regional key collaborations were established with PwC Italy and Atos. OverIT also partnered with Esri for GIS.
