David Shiou-Han Wu (born October 14, 1974) was a computer scientist best known for his work as the CTO of Microsoft 343 Industries and founding of Pseudo Interactive.

Wu grew up in the Willowdale, Toronto neighborhood of Toronto, CA before attending ALP (Alternative Learning Program) in North York, then ASE 2 in Scarborough. Wu programmed an Apple II as a child.

Wu then attended the University of Toronto's Computer Engineering program, but dropped out after two years to join Origin Systems in Austin, Texas as a physics programmer.[1]
