Riaz khan is Great grand son of Sardar Darwiz Khan. Sardar Darwiz khan son of Sardar Kachkol khan of Bhai Kaly. Darwiz Khan was the most powerful Khan of Buner, of Gadezai tribe in the 18th century. After Darwiz Khan, his sons, Miro Khan, Asim Khan, and Hayat Khan took control of the Gadezai tribe in the 18th and 19th centuries. In 1923, they divided it into four villages: Malakpur, Narbatawal, Bhai Kalay, and Kalahela. After Miro Khan, Asim Khan, and Hayat Khan, Sikandar Khan, the son of Hayat Khan, became the Khan of Gadezai.After Sikandar Khan, his brother Samandar Khan's sons Bahadar Khan became the Khan of Gadezai. After Bahadar Khan's death in 2003, his son Riaz Khan succeeded him as the Khan of Gadezai. Riaz Khan is also involved in politics, currently serving as the PTI President in Buner, and he has held positions such as MPA and Special Assistant
