Please Do Not Post this on Wikipedia Until it is Considered Ready

While I know many of you may be anxious to get this into Wikipedia (I know I am too), unless we can address (and correct) the issue which caused its deletion, it will only be deleted again, and perhaps even the topic protected to prevent future creation attempts. Please, lets try to solve the issue (CSD A7), before submitting it again.
