It features suite style living and houses primarily students of the [[Pennoni Honors College]] and international students studying abroad at Drexel. Race Street Residence Hall has 11 floors and is currently home to 486 Drexel Students.There are approximately nine suites and one Resident Adviser room on each floor. Each floor of the Race Street Residence Hall includes a full kitchen in a common room and two social areas at the ends of the hallways. The first floor features free washers and dryers for all students in the residence hall and a large multipurpose room for social events. The second floor includes a small fitness center. Race Street's suite style arrangement feature a common room and two bedrooms for four students. Each resident is provided with a desk, chair, dresser, and extra-long twin bed. Common areas feature a kitchenette with a full fridge, sink, cabinets, and counter space. Suites include one full bathroom and an additional vanity and shower. Each unit has its own heating and air conditioning system.
