Introduction
Hello!
I'm Bernard Wilson and this is my user page.
I'm currently 16 years of age (I was born December 1990)
I currently live in Chesterfield and attend St Mary's RC High School

Interests
My interests lie mainly in electronics, though I also like to read when I have the chance.
I have a keen interest in photography and I own a Canon EOS 400D Digital SLR Camera, a Fujifilm Finepix S5500 Digital camera and a Pentax K1000 35mm SLR Camera.
I also own a collection of lenses, filters, tripods, batteries, flashguns and other accessories for the cameras. I use mainly digital as it is has a lot of advantages over film and I haven't been around long enough to become attached to film, though I do use film occasionly, primarily black and white film for more artistic pictures.

I am also a licensed Amateur Radio operator; I am usually monitering my local repeater, GB3EE, but I also use HF as well, mainly at the Scout Radio Club, of which I am an active member. My current equipment list includes a Yaesu VX-7R, an ICOM IC-E208, a half size G5RV, a Watson W-50 VHF/UHF Co-Linear and watson W-770HB VHF/UHF whip on the car, plus other small trinkets.

When time permits I sometimes like to play with different programming languages, I don't really program anything useful most of time, however I do program/script in PHP, Perl, Python and I am also looking into Ruby and Ruby on Rails at the moment, which seems to be the present buzzword in the web hosting world.
