The contributor who pasted the content pasted it all, even the copyright notice. ([1]) How is it that subsequent editors did nothing about this, even though one of them wrote in edit summary "??? COPYVIO: ©1996-2008 by the Global Anabaptist Mennonite Encyclopedia Online. All rights reserved. ???" I don't get this at all.
