Greatest Hits is a collection of ten previously recorded songs by Ray Stevens, released in 1991 by Curb Records. Although this collection concentrates mostly on Stevens' hits for the label of Barnaby Records, it also contains three songs that were recorded for Monument Records and two for MCA Records. Of all the ten songs on the collection, only the last three selections were novelty songs, while the rest were his serious material. Additionally, only one selection of the ten songs served as just an album track, the controversial "Isn't It Lonely Together." Inside the album cover are liner notes on Stevens' life and career from his early life in Georgia until his career with MCA Records.
