The '''Parliament of the Republic of Malta''' (commonly referred to as the '''Parliament of Malta''') is the constitutional [[legislature|legislative body]] in [[Malta]], located in Valletta. Parliament alone possesses [[parliamentary sovereignty|legislative supremacy]] however falls within the confines of a more supreme Constitution of Malta.
The [[parliament]] is [[Unicameralism|unicameral]], with a democratically elected [[House of Representatives of Malta|House of Representatives]] and the [[President of Malta]].
The House of Representatives meets in the [[Grandmaster's Palace]] in [[Valletta]] (commonly known as the House of Parliament). By [[Constitution of Malta|Constitutional]] law, all [[Minister (government)|government ministers]], including the [[Prime Minister of Malta|Prime Minister]], must be members of the House of Representatives.
