Another really obvious sockpuppet; the username is a barely disguised version of TungstenCarbide (Volfram/Wolfram is the German name for tungsten). Used to make a hit-and-run attack on the ArbCom on [[User talk:Cla68]]. Given the date of creation this is clearly a sleeper sockpuppet.
