== Meaning ==

This is an ancient term that is known to have existed before written record.
It refers specifically to families of Irish origin who mutually incorporate a culling based social Ideology.
The byproduct of this system was seen as a natural type of eugenics which was in line with the way of their mother goddess Anann.
