I'd like to see the evidence that this is a preexisting meme? Even if it is, if they use at as a logo it would not be inappropriate to label it as such. There's also that same image on memebase (pretty sure the site's purpose is explained in its title.). As you can see LulzSec uses the identical graphic, which pre-dates them, and just merely changes the color of the liquid in the wine glass. :That's interesting and suggestive but not conclusive. The earliest image I see on TinEye dated to May 15 which is after Lulsec's formation according to some sources. And even if it was created before the groups formation it may have been created by a future member of the group. While these questions are interesting they are not determinative if the group uses that graphic as a logo, it should be labeled as such, whatever the images original provenance.
