GhiathArodaki was blocked for edit warring in Syria-related articles. He appears to be continuing to edit war while logged out. In [https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Kim_Dent-Brown&diff=prev&oldid=542976108] he essentially admits to being GhiathArodaki. The same IP is removing deletion tags from GhiathArodaki's uploads on Commons: see [[Commons:Special:Contributions/178.61.35.103]]. Curiously, he's already posted an unblock request to his talk page, even though the IP account is not blocked.
