Cover art gallery

I've removed the cover art gallery that existed here. The use of non-free covers in a gallery is generally not supported per WP:NFG. That the masthead has changed over the years might be of interest if such a discussion were supported by secondary sources, but there are not secondary sources to support it nor is there a discussion.
