Adur played for the Italia Shooters in 2006, but had been released into free agency prior to the 2007 Canadian Soccer League season[1] and was later contracted with Caribbean Selects.[2] He has also appeared for [[Toronto Lynx]] and [[North York Astros]] (CSL).
