I'm a student of pure mathematics with interests in the sciences and history, who came to wikipedia within its first year. Most of my work has been with the protist pages, which they attracted relatively little attention from other editors. Some of the first pictures here were microscopic photographs I'd taken (others can be found here), and I helped develop the Taxobox template that appears on many biology pages. By now I have left these things to other editors and am no longer active here, but I can be reached via the aforementioned link.

By now I've essentially restricted my attention to the [[protist]]s, which have attracted almost no attention from other editors.  Thus their treatment has essentially been defined by me, and any idiosyncracies or inaccuracies are my fault.  I've also added a few pictures I'd taken, originally the hopes that someone could help with identifications, later because there aren't many available in the public domain.
