Talk:Rebecca Hardy, Talk:Canada's Next Top Model
Hi!

On Talk:Canada's Next Top Model, as well as paraphrasing the same statement on some other talk pages, you tried discussing your opinion about a contestant on the show. Wikipedia:Talk page guidelines, the official English Wikipedia behavioral guideline dealing with article talk pages, states that the editors should "not use the talk page as a forum or soapbox for discussing the topic. The talk page is for discussing improving the article." The comments you made were clearly meant to discuss the show itself and the eventual outcome, they were not meant to improve the article.

This edit was added to Talk:Rebecca Hardy by User:CarlosTheDwarf. You then changed his signature to read poopoo. There is no good reason why Carlos' signature should be changed to poopoo, in fact most editors on Wikipedia (myself included) would consider that edit to constitute vandalism. Please do not vandalize that signature anymore as you did here for the second time.

Please let me know if there's something I can do to further explain the situation.

Speedy deletion nomination of :LG Chocolate (BL40)
A tag has been placed on :LG Chocolate (BL40) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding <code>hangon</code> to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.<!-- Template:Db-nocontext-notice --> <!-- Template:Db-csd-notice-custom --> Unioneagle (talk) 03:25, 15 November 2009 (UTC)

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:LGBL40.jpg
Thank you for uploading :File:LGBL40.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. == TTC ==

Hello LOctopus. Please undo your recent change. This page is a disambiguation with more than a dozen entries. There is more than one entity in the world that uses 'TTC' as an abbreviation. EdJohnston (talk) 19:49, 18 December 2009 (UTC)
:OK, Toronto Transit Commission may be the primary sense of TTC, but if so there should be a hatnote on Toronto Transit Commission directing people to TTC (disambiguation). ::An editor has reverted your change. You wrote out a hatnote in your own words, without using a template.
This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of :Doors open (novel), and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: :Doors Open. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page&mdash; you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you recently tried to give :Doors Open a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut and paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is needed for attribution and various other purposes. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut and paste move repair holding pen. Thank you. <!-- Template:uw-c&pmove--> Steamroller Assault (talk) 04:29, 14 April 2010 (UTC)
