A date with the Lisa the [[GPS]] on-board navigational computer goes horribly wrong. Lisa also controls the radio - is curious if the driver has a girlfriend, and ends up on a date with him. After a first date, the guy dumps her - and she gives him directions to drive over a cliff.

As two subway trains pass, an oblivious woman in the nearer car does not see in the further car a man being mauled by a monster.

=== Chipmunks Origin ===
[[Alvin and the Chipmunks]] originally are [[baritone]]s and [[Bass (vocal range)|basses]] when singing, and sing quite "badly", so David Seville, their manager attempts to kill them with "deadly [[helium]]", which is oddly placed where a [[fire extinguisher]] should be. As they inhale the helium their voices mutate, getting higher and higher, to the tones with which we are familiar with. The problem is that they inhale a bit too much of the helium, and get knocked out from asphyxiation.
