He is the neighbour of the [[Married... with Children|Bundy]]s and the second husband of [[Marcy D'Arcy|Marcy]], who married him in the fifth season. He is a kind of gigolo and never works at all. Before that he was in prison for fraud and before that he worked as a [[CIA]] Special Agent, code name Bullwinkle. He was fired because he couldn't kill his close friend [[Fidel Castro]]. He is also a [[National Guard]] [[lieutenant]]. At High School, he played the triangle in the band, and he was also a cheerleader. On "[[Happy Days]]" Ted McGinley played a teacher and coach at Jefferson High School which could explain his part's name on Married... with Children. But he could also be named after the TV show "[[The Jeffersons]]" on which series creators [[Ron Leavitt]] and [[Michael G. Moye]] were writing partners.
