Remove flagpole behind head in File:CottonMillFounder.jpg

Request: The use-case of the photograph is as the only available image for the article about this person. There is a flagpole directly behind the sculpture, which looks like it is coming out of the head. Could it be edited out? Note: this image has been cropped (and possibly scaled down) from the original for fair-use reasons.
