I'm so sorry for being so dumb, but I don't really see how to put a page on protection. I am talking about this page:

Somebody constantly keeps deleting the info that other people upload. I took the time to find the official chart websites, even took screenshots and uploaded them to the discussion page, all in vain. Please help me someone if you can or at least link me to a page that can tell me how to protect an article from vandalism.
:Hi, the obvious way is to watch the page to revert the vandalism. You can warn the user vandalizing the page and if he doesn't stop, you can ask him to be banned. Most times, we don't protect the pages. See [[Wp:vandalism]]. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
