Helloworld Travel Limited (formerly Helloworld Limited) was formed through re-branding of [[Jetset Travelworld Group]] on Monday 2 December 2013, following the unification of [[Jetset Travelworld|Jetset Travel]], [[Harvey World Travel]] and Stella Travel Service which saw the creation of [[Helloworld Travel]] (formerly Helloworld).<ref name=":2" />

In September 2015 takeover talks were underway between Helloworld and AOT Group, which provided travel services to inbound, corporate and leisure sectors across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
