The quick tempered, balding, sarcastic, mustached, neighbor of the Aqua Teens. He wears blue a white shirt with no sleeves, a yellow chain, blue sweatpants, and green flip flops. He has a strong passion for sports, pornography, and classic rock (espacially "More Than an Feeling" by [[Boston (band)|Boston]]) which all help him with masterbation, which is his favorite activitie. He hates the Aqua Teens, and considers them as "freaks". He espacially hates having them be in his pool. His house and car are often destroyed. He is tortured constanly and has died several times. His family includes his mean father, mafia cousin Terry, and his mother and other cousin who argues with Carl over the phone. In the [[Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters|ATHF Film]] he gets big muscles that were stolen by [[Dr. Weird (Aqua Teen Hunger Force)|Dr. Weird]] to fight [[Frylock]].
