Abraham Jacob van der Aa, "Aardrijkskundig woordenboek der Nederlanden", 1839-1851.

This template adds a reference to the "Aardrijkskundig woordenboek der Nederlanden" (Geographical dictionary) by Abraham Jacob van der Aa. The most advanced template call looks like:

where the first argument is the first letter of the entry you're referring to, the second parameter is the page number, and the third is the name of the entry. The fourth is the page number parameter to be passed to Google Books. All parameters are optional.
