Wikipedia with all its processes is curbing content generation. it's becoming a kafkaian maze of processes, start, stub, mid importance, before creating a discussion read the subpages, but before reading the subpages (or is it after) try the sandbox... my god... you know what I just don;t wan tto cotribute anymore. You should really focus a bit more on the quality of the content rather than blocking everything. You feel... obstructive. And you know what? The major criticism you're facing is about the quality of your content. if you think your ton of processes is going to help this you;re so worng. it's just going to detract specialists of a subject. They are ok to share their knowledge. but not is they nedd 2 weeks of training to your processes. go bqckto make content generation easy. and then find processes to evaluate quality. Not before the content get even a chance!!! |
